Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a consultation or design service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, depending on the circumstances.

Product Returns

Physical products purchased through our website may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unused and undamaged to be eligible for return. Please contact us before initiating a return to receive a return authorization number.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Digital Products

Digital products, including design plans and blueprints, are generally non-refundable once delivered. However, if you experience technical issues accessing digital content, please contact us and we will work to resolve the problem.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
